Ms. Flen served in the United States Army for 21 years, where she attained the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4.
Ms. Flen had the distinct honor of holding two warrant officer branch affiliations; that of a 915E Ordnance Warrant Officer and the secondary, Identifier of 140E PATRIOT Warrant Officer,
electronic technician for the PATRIOT missile and background experience with the Theater High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) System.
Upon retirement, Ms. Flen served as a senior program manager for Lockheed Martin managing the U.S Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Command Maintenance Evaluation Training (COMET) Program. Ms. Flen was responsible for the management and overall supervision of 12 training teams across 11 military installations throughout the United States.
Ms. Flen served as an advisor for installation command and staff for logistic training and readiness reporting throughout FORSCOM in support of the war fighter mission.
Ms. Flen is experienced in the areas of logistics management, supply chain management, inventory management, resource management, operations management, project management, quality assurance,
program management, capture management, contract negotiations, and business development.
Having served the military community for over 27 years, as a Soldier, senior program manager and consultant, Tachaya Flen decided in 2015 that she would create a tailored approach to providing services support to the military. Henceforth the establishment of BGL in 2016.
